### 1. Intellectual property

All materials published on adamziarko.pl (in particular photographs, graphics, video materials, texts, layout and graphic elements) are protected by law, including the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Unless otherwise indicated, exclusive rights to the materials belong to Adam Ziarko.

### 2. Prohibition of copying and distribution

Copying, saving, reproducing, making publicly available, publishing, modifying or using materials from the Website in any form without the prior written consent of the owner is prohibited. This also applies to so-called hotlinking (embedding files directly from the adamziarko.pl server).

### 3. Permitted use

Only private personal use within the limits defined by law is permitted. Commercial, promotional, editorial or corporate use requires a separate written licensing agreement.

### 4. Licences for clients

Clients with whom an agreement has been concluded receive a licence on the terms specified in the relevant contract (scope of exploitation fields, territory, duration, media, exclusivity/non-exclusivity). If no licence provision is set out in the agreement, all rights remain with the author.

Likenesses of persons depicted in published photographs are used on the basis of obtained consents or a legal basis (Art. 81 of the Copyright Act). Further distribution of likenesses by third parties requires obtaining appropriate consents.

### 6. Metadata, watermarks and protections

Photographs may be marked with metadata (EXIF/IPTC/XMP), watermarks or digital protections. Removing or circumventing these protections is prohibited.

### 7. Reporting infringements

If you identify an infringement of rights, please contact: biuro@adamziarko.pl. In your report, please provide: the URL, screenshots, and details of the infringing party (if known). The owner will take prompt action, including demands to cease infringement, reports to hosting/service providers and — where necessary — legal steps.

### 8. Licence fees and damages

Unauthorised commercial use of materials may result in a claim for licence remuneration at the rate applicable to the relevant field of exploitation, as well as claims for damages under general principles.

### 9. Linking to the Website

Linking to pages within the adamziarko.pl domain is permitted provided that: a) it does not harm the author's reputation or good name, b) it does not mislead as to the source of the materials, c) it does not involve hotlinking of multimedia files.
